Our company handcrafts all custom products within 3 to 5 business days.
Oftentimes, orders process faster than that but we can’t guarantee a faster processing time.
Made to Order vs. Pre-Made
If the item you ordered was listed, it is kept in stock and ready to go! Custom orders are a little different, though.
Both are handmade, but the in-stock listing is shipment ready while the made-to-order products take more time, and varies by product, to be created for you.
The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of our merchandise.
Care for your new product(s) by:
* Installing on a clean, dry, smooth surface
* Clean with a damp cloth, use no bleach or mineral spirits (nail polish remover, paint or lacquer thinner)
Your product(s) can be damaged if:
* You rub on it too hard, or scrape objects across it
* You attempt to lift or reposition it
* You touch it repeatedly with your fingers

We ship all International products through USPS Priority Flat Rate Envelope ONLY
Bitchen Stickerz is not responsible for duty or brokerage fees for international shipping.
These charges come from your country during importation of your package.
We charge a low, flat domestic shipping rate of $2.99 to be fair to all customers. Each additional item is only .50 cents more to ship. Note: Yes, we know that little stickers can be shoved into an envelope for .47 cents, or whatever is the going rate these days. But that way, we’d have no tracking info. Not to mention our time, supplies, etc. – this flat rate covers all of that as well.
We charge a flat rate for Expedited Shipping, should you choose it, of $6.59 for USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope. Each additional item included in Expedited shipping is .75 cents.
Selecting Expedited shipping during checkout does not ensure a faster processing time. Your product may still need several days to create if it’s a custom item.
Refunds (if applicable)
If your item arrives defective or damaged, send us a photo of the damage.
If something went wrong during installation, send us a photo of the problem.
Upon determination of the defect or damage, Bitchen Stickerz will send a replacement or refund your money, as applicable.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Any refund issued will cover the cost of the item only.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
